Isabelle Dechavanne is the Finance Director of Arafer, the French Rail and Road Regulatory Body since December 2015.

Before joining Arafer, she spent several years with the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) as Head of the Finance Department, where she was chiefly responsible for the fixation of weighted average costs of capital for gas and electricity network tariffs. Prior to this, she worked for some 10 years at an international audit firm where she intervened in particular for the legal audit of international industrial firms in France and in the United States.
