Thomas Pertuiset has been Director of Road Passenger Transport and Motorways at ARAFER since November 2016. In particular, this department implements the tasks entrusted to ARAFER by the Macron Law in terms of controlling and regulating motorway concessions.

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Ponts, Thomas Pertuiset began his career at the ministry responsible for sustainable development and has worked for the last 10 years in the infrastructure sector (energy, transport) and the management of delegated public services.
