Gabriela Lizarazu is a doctoral student at the Governance and Regulation Chair. She holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Development Economics and a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne. During her career, Gabriela has worked as an economist at the Central Bank of Bolivia, the Bolivian Ministry of Planning and the London Stock Exchange Group in Paris (LSEG - Beyond Ratings).

Gabriela is particularly experienced in macroeconomic analysis, sustainable finance and the energy sector. Her thesis focuses on the decentralisation of the energy sector in the context of the energy transition.
