With a long-standing interest in the field of customer management, Christophe Benavent studies how marketing is being reshaped by information technologies.

Christophe Benavent is committed to using NLP methodologies to analyse and study behaviours and formulations in the context of social media and review platforms.

After 15 years at the University of Paris Nanterre, he will be joining the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL in September 2021.
