Tomás de Oliveira Bredariol oversees IMEO’s analytical work and heads the OGMP 2.0 data analysis team. Before joining UNEP, he led the analysis on methane abatement and the development of the Global Methane Tracker at the International Energy Agency. He started his career at the Brazilian Institute of Environment on offshore oil and gas permitting, overseeing follow-up activities and leading the technical working group on risk management and emergency response. He is an Environmental Engineer and a Master in Public Policies in the area of Sustainability, Strategies and Development.
