Yoram Bosc-Haddad is a Partner at Ylios, the Chair's partner management consultancy, where he heads up the Governance and Innovation department. Yoram is a statistician and economist (ENSAE Paris) and has a doctorate in computer science (Paris Sud Orsay). He has worked in a wide range of sectors, including public institutions, pharmaceuticals, the steel industry, energy, finance (banking, insurance and mutual societies) and digital services. His work focuses on economic governance, operational excellence and Lean Startup innovation. At the same time, Yoram has been continuously involved on a voluntary basis in managing and advising associations (Les Glénans, SNSM, ESIEA, Ashoka, Ticket for Change).
