Before joining the Governance and Regulation Chair and the Dauphine Regulators' Club as Managing Director in July 2019, Marie-Hélène Caitucoli developed and directed, from January 2017, the House of Public Affairs, Paris-Dauphine University's public policy centre, which offered multi-disciplinary academic expertise in public affairs to a vast network of institutional partners. She also co-directed the Dauphine-ENA/INSP Masters in Law and Public Management, where she continues to teach. She holds a doctorate in political studies from EHESS, specialising in the theory of democratic institutions and the question of their legitimacy, and a research master's degree in political philosophy from the same school, with a focus on European institutions and social justice. Marie-Hélène Caitucoli is also a graduate of HEC Paris (major in Finance), has a Master's degree in European inter-university management (CEMS), additional international courses in finance and strategy at ESADE in Barcelona and in international public policy at University College London, and a Master's degree in mathematics. She has over ten years' professional experience in the private sector, firstly as an organisational consultant to major groups, then in the luxury goods industry, where she held international marketing management positions for several years.
