Antoine Kubiak is EU Government Affairs Manager within Microsoft’s Corporate, External, & Legal Affairs (CELA) group. Based in Brussels, Antoine is covering EU regulatory issues related to cloud policy, industrial data, B2B data sharing and consumer protection. Antoine has experience in the broader EU digital policy landscape and engaging with EU stakeholders, with an increasing cross-sectoral policy focus linked to the digital transformation journey(s) of Microsoft customers. Antoine previously worked in the French administration (SGAE, Embassy of France in Hungary) and holds a Master's degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
