Arnaud Dietrich

Arnaud DIETRICH is a graduate of a leading French engineering school (Grande École), holding a specialized master's degree from HEC Paris and a regulation training from the London School of Economics. He began his career in 2008 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a financial auditor. In 2013, he joined Capgemini as Deputy Director of Consolidation.
In 2016, he transitioned to the regulated infrastructure sector by joining the French Transport Regulation Authority (Autorité de Régulation des Transports – ART), where he successively held several positions within the financial regulation directorate for transport. Notably, he was responsible for implementing accounting separation mechanisms for regulated railway operators. In 2019, he expanded his scope to include airport regulation and led this sector until joining the French Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission de Régulation de l'Énergie – CRE) in May 2023.
Since then, he has served as Director of Economic and Financial Affairs, Foresight, and Innovation at the CRE. In this role, his directorate provides CRE with expertise on all economic and financial matters, while promoting and supporting innovation and foresight initiatives.
