He has worked for over fifteen years in the field of public administration and regulatory reform, both nationally and internationally. Before joining the OECD, he was Director of the Department of Regulatory Reform and Public Administration at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. His areas of expertise are administrative simplification, regulatory assessment, stakeholder engagement and regulatory implementation and enforcement. He is author and co-author of several OECD publications.
