In order to support the opening up of network sectors to competition, the regulatory authorities concerned have been given an original remit: the settlement of disputes between operators on these markets.
Four authorities have this power: the Commission de régulation de l'énergie (CRE), the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes (ARCEP), the Autorité de régulation des activités ferroviaires et routières (ARAFER) and the Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA).
These procedures constitute original mechanisms, both in terms of their internal architecture and the regulatory model they disseminate, the implementation of which now merits an initial analysis.
The aim of this conference is to shed light on the specific features and scope of these mechanisms, in particular through comparative approaches.
