The emergence of new forms of mobility is leading to a debate on the evolution of the sector's economic regulation model. The types and methods of public subsidy, access to the "essential facilities" of transport infrastructures, the ways in which data is made available and the increasingly predatory stance of incumbent operators vis-à-vis new entrants are the new issues that arise with the development of the concepts and solutions of "connected mobility" and "autonomous mobility".
The aim of this breakfast is to address, reduce and debate these issues from the perspective of three key players with very different approaches to the subject: an operator, a Transport Organising Authority and a new entrant.
