The students of the Master 2 in Market Law and Regulation at Université Paris-Dauphine, the Governance and Regulation Chair and the Club des Régulateurs are pleased to invite you to the conference "European Networks of National Regulators".
The aim of this conference is to present the cooperation between national regulatory authorities through these often little-known European networks, in the telecommunications sector (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications - BEREC/ORECE), rail transport (Independent Rail Regulators Group - IRG-Rail), energy (Council of European Energy Regulators - CEER) and competition (European Competition Network - ECN/REC).
Taking part in the debate will be :
- Sébastien Soriano, Chairman of ARCEP and BEREC Chairman 2017
- Hélène Gassin, member of the college of the Commission de régulation de l'énergie (CRE) and vice-chair of CEER
- Luisa Perrotti, Director of European Affairs at the Italian Rail Regulatory Authority (ART)
- Laurent Monjole, former Director of European Affairs at ARAFER
- Mathias Pigeat, Head of Department to the President of the Competition Authority
- Nathalie Sonnac, member of the college, Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (French broadcasting regulator)
The debates will be moderated by Thierry Tuot, Conseiller d'Etat, former member of the French Competition Authority and former Director General of the CRE.
