Jean-Baptiste Burtscher is External Affairs & R&D Partnerships Director at Valeo Group. Over the past ten years, he has contributed to shape Valeo’s sustainability, innovation partnerships and public affairs agenda, both in France and at European level. In his current position, he coordinates the set-up of large initiatives and partnerships to support Valeo's transformation into IA, SDV, digital initiatives and electrification along public policy tools in Europe and industry ecosystems. 

Jean-Baptiste serves also as Board Member of Catena-X, the largest worldwide automotive dataspace, as well as research institutes and initiatives in France and in Germany, such as Fraunhofer ISST and Institut Mines Telecom.
