Alex Durand works on issues related to the performance and governance of regulators in the Regulatory Policy Division of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Before joining the OECD in 2018, Alex Durand worked at a non-profit environmental law centre in the United States (the Southern Environmental Law Center) and a climate change think-tank (the Climate and Development Lab). An American national, Alex Durand holds a master’s in environmental policy and international energy from Sciences Po University and a bachelor’s in environmental science from Brown University.
