Deputy to the General Delegate of the Association des Sociétés Françaises d'Autoroutes (ASFA) since 2018, Thomas Malagié heads the association's Operations Department, which is responsible for producing statistics and sectoral studies, as well as leading inter-company technical committees in the areas of Safety, Assets and Sustainable Development.

Thomas also represents the motorway concession sector on various national and international bodies, working on a wide range of issues such as autonomous vehicles, the economics of concessions, electric charging on motorways and road safety.

Prior to this, Thomas Malagié worked for 5 years as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris. He holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a Masters in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
