Ingénieur général des mines, editor-in-chief of Annales des mines since 1st July 2022, headed the strategy mission of the Direction générale des entreprises until May 2022. He has worked in mining in Gabon, as an expert at the APHP (telephone emergency management), in the general economic studies department of EDF, as a project manager for the economy and industry for the prefect of the Haute-Normandie region, as French interministerial coordinator for trade at the European Commission, as director of the industrial strategies observatory at the Ministry of Industry, and as head of foresight and evaluation studies at the DGE. His work focuses on key technologies, industry strategies, economic intelligence, the attractiveness of the region for industry and high added-value services, innovation policies, higher education, competitiveness, the digital and energy transitions, European policies, scientific, technical and industrial culture, social and environmental responsibility and ethics. Member of the Académie des Technologies.
