Vincent THOUVENIN

Director of Regulation, Tariffs and Finance, RTE

Vincent Thouvenin is Director of the Tariff Regulation & Finance Department (TREFF) at RTE.

An engineer from the Corps des Mines, he joined RTE in 2006 where he has held various positions, after a career in the French and European civil service and in applied economics consultancy.
