Case-handler at the Italian Competition Authority. Mr Carovano is an Italian qualified lawyer who holds a PhD from Sapienza University, a degree (Cum Laude) from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli and a MPhil and a LLM from King’s College London. He worked as Postdoc at Tübingen University and as Junior Competition Expert at the OECD Competition Division, published several articles in academic and professional journals and often participate as speaker in national and international conferences.
