The Rencontres Dauphinoises de la Régulation is an initiative of the Dauphine lawyers (Cr2D), in partnership with the Conseil d'Etat, designed to establish an informal dialogue with economic and financial regulators on topical issues that are both thematic and cross-cutting. On 13 May, the issues of renewing water concessions and the effectiveness of regulatory sanctions will be debated.
The Rencontres dauphinoises de la régulation are organised around two round tables, which are opened by four short presentations.
They are open by invitation and will not be published. The emphasis is on freedom of tone and trust in the exchange of views.
Participation is reserved for partners of the Governance and Regulation Chair and the Regulators' Club. Please contact us if you have any questions
