Eva Maes, Ir., is a senior researcher in the Agrifood technology unit of ILVO since 2020. She works on data sharing and the data economy in the agrifood sector, researching how this transition can make the agriculture and food chain more efficient, sustainable and future-proof. She contributes to the development of the DjustConnect platform and participates in European research projects, focusing on fair and inclusive data economies and future-proof data sharing frameworks.
