Roman Picard is a Senior Analyst at CRE in charge of the technical aspects of metering and of standardisation. Roman has extensive knowledge of smart metering and smart grid cybersecurity and standardisation matters. He is co-chairing CEER Cyber Security Work Stream and he is representing CEER in European working groups dealing with cybersecurity for smart metering and smart grids.
