Olga Hein is German and has over twenty years' experience in higher education and training. Specialising in European projects, she spent twelve years working for Saint Gobain's subsidiary in Spain. Her expertise in pedagogical engineering for initial and continuing training for senior executives, as well as her solid international experience of partnerships, were key factors in her working for twelve years at HEC Paris Business School, before graduating from the institution (Global Executive Master in Management) in 2022. Her professional thesis focused on making the most of HEC's history to help develop the community's attachment to and commitment to its raison d'être. Quadrilingual (German, French, English and Spanish), she is a member of several Franco-German economic circles and was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor in 2016. After four years as Director of Training and Employment at the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she joined the Chair of Governance and Regulation in September 2024.
