A graduate of ESCP, Valérie Derambure began her career in 1986 with Deloitte Audit before joining the CPR Group at the end of 1988, first as a project manager and then as head of management control. In 1994, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group's US subsidiary in New York. She subsequently became Head of Management Control, first at CIC Paris and then at CDC IXIS Capital Markets. She joined Natixis in 2004 as Director of Management Control and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In 2009, Valérie was appointed Director of Organisation and Operational Efficiency. Finally, in 2011, she joined Banque Privée 1818 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance, Risk, Human Resources and General Secretariat. Since April 2017, she has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ostrum Asset Management in charge of Finance and Operations. As of 16 November 2020, she is appointed CSR Director of Groupe BPC.
