Alam Vivero is a PhD student in Management Sciences at Paris Dauphine-PSL University, supervised by Simon Porcher. His research focuses on the evolution of water concession contracts and the contractual governance mechanisms that enable them to adapt to climatic, institutional and technological uncertainties. Drawing on an international comparative study of different concession systems, he analyses the conditions under which contractual design, innovation and digital technologies can contribute to more sustainable and resilient water resource management.
