Here is the link to attend the webinar
This webinar aims to explore how regulators design practical data-sharing arrangements, both with other authorities and with regulated entities. Drawing on real-world examples, it highlights key choices around what data to share, how roles and responsibilities are organised, and how legal, confidentiality, and privacy issues are addressed. The discussion will focus on common barriers, ways to balance openness with proportionality, and how different institutional models for data sharing perform in practice.
The webinar will be moderated by Éric Brousseau, who is Professor at Paris-Dauphine University.
