Nicolas Quinones-Gil joined ARAFER in October 2015 as Head of Market Monitoring Department. He is involved in the development of data driven regulation practices, by performing data collections and regular publications of market analyses (Observatory).

Engineer from Arts et Métiers, Nicolas is also graduated with a specialised master from EM Lyon and with the CIIA diploma.

Previously, he worked in economic & strategic consulting, after a career start in the car industry then in asset management.
