Pooled, Not Scrambled! Harmonizing Digital Mobility Platforms
Creation : Group launched end of 2020.
Group leaders : Lucas Eustache and Damien Mayaux
Composition : Ecosystem composed of doctoral students, post-doctoral students and associate researchers from the Chair - from Dauphine | PSL or other French universities, the CNRS, as well as experts from ARCEP, the OECD, the Council of State and the European University Institute.
Theme : This working group is developing a joint approach in order to establish a reasoned position on digital regulation in the context of current European (and American) initiatives. In particular, it is considering how to implement responsible governance while allowing for innovation. The issue of the effectiveness of public action and how it relates to competitiveness constraints is also central.
Work organisation : Two seminars per month to discuss researchers' work on these topics

- Participatory regulation and neo-regulation of digital platforms.
- Value creation in digital ecosystems.
- Appropriate framework for regulating digital platforms.
- Data localisation and cross-border data flows.
- Platform economy and online advertising.
Results 2025: Publication of academic articles, new research projects, development of new empirical methodologies, academic collaboration.
