Maïlys LANGE is a member of the Conseil d’Etat, the French highest court of appeal for judicial review and adjudication of all cases involving public agencies, where she specialized in tax and energy law. She is a former student of ENA and holds a master's degree in law and economics and a degree in political science. Since 2015, she is seconded national expert in the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission, where she works as a legal officer in the unit dealing with energy policy coordination.
