Paul Favier has been a PhD candidate at the Governance and Regulation Chair since January 2025. He graduated with a master’s degree in Public Policy from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in 2022 and subsequently worked as an economist at Arcep (the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services). His thesis, co-supervised by Christophe Benavent and François Acquatella, focuses on the impacts of artificial intelligence on the hotel industry.
