Valère Pelletier has been Director of Strategy & Development for the RATP Group since January 2016. He is in charge of the challenges of opening up to competition, as well as the development of new activities, particularly in new urban mobility.

Prior to that he was Smart Transport Director at Orange, within the Smart Cities strategic programme, where he was in charge of developing innovative services for transport. Previously, he was Projects Director at VINCI Concessions, responsible for the development of major transport infrastructure projects (high-speed rail links, motorways, structures), after having held a number of business development positions, notably for Eiffage and John Laing in London.

He began his career in project finance consulting at Natixis. Valère Pelletier is a graduate of the Ecole des Ponts.
