Dr. Nadia Horstmann is a lawyer and Head of Unit at Bungesnetzagentur (German Energy regulator) and responsible for international coordination oft he regulators work. Nadia Horstmann is member of ACER´s Board of Appeal since 2011 and head of various CEER´s workings groups (Legal and Monitoring/Benchmarking Task Force). She issud various publications related to the legal issues linked to the regulation of eneryg markets, and in particular on Unbundling, independance and Grid access.
