He provides strategic advice to companies on managing merger and foreign investment control constraints and assists them in their filings with the European Commission, the French Competition Authority, the French Ministry for Economy and other authorities worldwide. Eric represents companies in antitrust proceedings before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority, and the European and French Courts.
