Sam Street is a senior consultant in Frontier’s energy practice. He leads projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and Europe, with a particular specialism in electricity market design. He joined Frontier in 2013 from the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) where he played a central role in the recent reforms of the electricity market. He is currently advising DECC on the ‘whole system impacts’ of different generating technologies, including all low carbon technologies, which will be a key consideration for the allocation of future low carbon support in the UK.
