Antonio Nicita is Commissioner of the Italian Telecoms and Media Regulatory Authority (AGCOM) and Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Rome, “La Sapienza”. He was Visiting Fulbright Professor at Yale University, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge, the University of Paris X-Nanterre and the European University Institute in Florence. Antonio has supported the International Competition Network (ICN) as Non-Governmental Adviser and the OECD as Economic Adviser for the Regulatory Report on Italy. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Law and Economics (ISLE), the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) and the International Society for New Institutional Economics (ISNIE). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Siena and his research interests cover Industrial Organization, Platforms and Data Economy, Law and Economics, Competition Policy and Regulation.  www.antonionicita.it
