Benjamin DELOZIER, Inspector General of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques (INSEE), has been head of the competitiveness, innovation and business development department of the Direction générale des entreprises (DGE) of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty since December 2019. His department is responsible for European issues, innovation, business development, economic analysis and standardisation. In 2018-2019, he was deputy director of social policies at DGTreasury, where he worked on the systemic pension reform project and the reform of unemployment insurance.

Benjamin Delozier returned to the DG Treasury in Paris as head of the international macroeconomic analysis office (2008-2011), then of the tax studies office (2011-2013).
From 2013 to 2015, he was deputy mediator for business credit. In 2015, he was appointed deputy director of sectoral policies in the Public Policy Department of DG Treasury.
Benjamin Delozier holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in social sciences and is a graduate of the École nationale de la statistique et de l'administration économique (Ensae).
