"The link between innovation and regulation raises questions. At a time when many regulated sectors are facing major disruptions (technical advances, hybridization of value chains, new business models, etc.), how should the content and methods of regulation be adapted to take account of the growing role of innovation in these sectors? How should we deal with the restructuring of value chains linked to the digitisation of the economy? What convergence or coordination of sectoral regulations linked to digitisation should be envisaged?
