Jeroen van den Hoven is University Professor at Delft University of Technology. He leads the Delft Digital Ethics Centre. Is Founding Editor in Chief of Ethics and Information Technology (Springer Nature). He is permanent member of the European Group on Ethics to the President of the European Commission. He is permanent member of the WHO high level Ethics and AI expert group. He published widely on Ethics and Digital Technology: Evil Online (Wiley, 2018), Designing in Ethics (Cambridge University Press, 2017), Information Technology and Moral Philosophy (Cambridge University Press, 2007).
