Nisarg is a futurist with passionate belief that organisations are network of conversations, where collective intelligence of the organisation resides. This, combined with thoughtfully harnessed power of technology, and long-term view, and an inclusive environment can help create a better future for us, our customers and wider society.
He has been with Scottish Water since 2002 in a variety of roles leading major change projects and programmes focusing to improve Capital Delivery, Asset Management, Operations and Digital. Over the last 2 years he set up of digital Intrapreneurship unit to drive digitalisation of business. He is currently responsible for design and set up of corporate transformation portfolio to help SW achieve its purpose of supporting flourishing Scotland.  
Nisarg is a Civil Engineer, with post-graduation in Urban Water & Environment Management, and MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh University.
