Vanessa da Silva Santos is a civil engineer with a master's degree in transportation planning and infrastructure. She joined the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) in 2006, having participated in technical discussions, grant and supervision of road passenger transportation services. She currently works as a Regulation Specialist in the International and Market Affairs Unit at the ANTT where she disseminates OECD recommendations and good practices to improve the transport regulation in Brazil.
