As part of the Dauphine Digital Days (21-23 November), the Governance and Regulation Chair organised the opening conference on the morning of Monday 21 November,

under the patronage of Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister attached to the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, responsible for the Digital Transition and Telecommunications, who introduced the debates.
