Ariane Szafarz is a professor of finance at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, CEBRIG & CERMi. Her current research topics include financial markets, social finance, behavioral finance, and discrimination in the credit market. She published notes and articles in, e.g., Academy of Management Review, European Economic Review, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, and Review of Finance, and received two times (in 2016 and 2019) the Warren Samuels Prize awarded at the ASSA Meetings by the Association for Social Economics.
