Elisa Kahl is a senior economist at the Authority for Consumers and Markets for the energy department. Elisa graduated from the University of Tilburg in 2010 with a master’s degree in Economics and has been involved in the financial regulation of the Dutch gas TSO since 2011. Elisa is project manager for the method decisions setting the allowed revenues for the Dutch network operators for the period 2022-2026.
