Strong of over 25 years of experience in infrastructure construction, management and operation, for the past 15 years Mr. Le Caignec has been involved in the development and operation of Public-Private-Partnerships for large-scale transport infrastructures projects, in particular in the UK and North America. He has been CEO of several companies and has held several board positions.
