James is a Policy Analyst in the Regulatory Policy Division, where he works on issues related to the regulatory policy, behavioural insights and Southeast Asia. He has worked on several publications on BI, including Tools and Ethics for Applied Behavioural Insights: the BASIC Toolkit (2019) and co-organised four international conferences on BI. He has worked on various projects with the Network of Economic Regulators, including on reviews of regulatory authorities in Peru and Ireland. James holds a MPP from the University of Toronto, MA in Political Science from Carleton University, and a BSocSc in Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
