Miguel is a senior affiliate at SDA Bocconi. He has led projects for governments, regulators, utilities, industrial associations, and multilateral institutions in Europe, Latin America, the US and Asia. Miguel is actively involved in the education of senior professionals and young researchers. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and has published his work in academic and professional journals. He has developed quantitative models for both long-term and short-term studies in energy markets. Miguel holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
