The two priorities of the new European Commission raise essential questions of governance. They require the development of global solutions, support for changes in the behaviour of all economic and social players, and successful innovation processes with redistributive consequences that affect economic, social and political cohesion. To mark its fifth anniversary, the Government and Regulation Chair at Université Paris Dauphine | PSL is organising a discussion with two of the leading figures in the disruptive transformations brought about by these imperatives: Thomas Courbe, Director General of Enterprise at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, and Thierry Pech, Director General of Terra Nova and co-chair of the Citizens' Climate Convention.
